RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason. In order to request an exchange or refund of the purchase price, the product must be returned. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.


If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, please contact us  within 14 days of receiving your order via the link below, or alternatively, notify us of your intent to withdraw via email. 

Upon submission of your request, you will receive an email containing a claim code. This code must be written on the return package, along with your contact details. If you don’t receive the claim code, please contact us by email.

Alternatively, you can use the European model withdrawal form to notify us of your cancellation. You can find the form here: [MODEL]. Print it, complete the required fields, and include the signed form inside the return package. Please note that using this form is optional, but it may delay processing, as the product will be returned without the claim code, requiring manual handling.

Before sending the product back, verify your order confirmation or invoice (received by email at the time of order) to ensure that you purchased the product from zanebo.eu and to check if the product is eligible for return. If the product is not from our store or is ineligible for return, we cannot accept it for a refund and will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend sending the return package via registered mail with delivery confirmation. This ensures we can track the package and resolve any potential issues.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover shipping costs for returns.

Once the returned package is received by our complaints department, a replacement product will be dispatched within 8 working days, or a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will refund the cost of the returned product and the standard delivery charges. However, any additional shipping fees (e.g., priority shipping, package insurance, cash on delivery) will not be refunded, as they were requested by you specifically. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that you cannot withdraw from a purchase if it involves the following:

  • The provision of services, if the service was fully performed with your express consent and you were informed that you would lose the right to withdraw once the service was completed.
  • Products with prices that fluctuate based on financial market movements beyond our control.
  • Custom-made products tailored to your specific requirements.
  • Perishable goods or items that deteriorate quickly.
  • Goods sealed in protective packaging, which are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons (e.g., cosmetics, cleaning products, swimwear, underwear).
  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as products that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery (e.g., sets, Mystery boxes, 1+1 Free Offer products, and GIFT items).
  • Alcoholic beverages, where the price was agreed at the time of purchase, but delivery is delayed for over 30 days and depends on market price changes.
  • Urgent repairs or maintenance services you explicitly requested from us.
  • Audio, video, or software products in protective packaging that were opened by you.
  • Periodicals (unless based on subscription agreements) and books not supplied in protective packaging.
  • Accommodation services, transportation, car rental, catering, or leisure activities provided at an agreed time or period.
  • Digital content, if it is provided and downloaded with your consent before the withdrawal period ends (e.g., e-books, downloadable media).

Note: If you return a product for which withdrawal is not possible (e.g., outside the withdrawal period, non-returnable items, etc.), or if you fail to meet the necessary conditions, we may return the product to you upon payment of a €10 handling fee. If the product is not claimed within 2 months, it will be destroyed.

Only requests that meet the above conditions will be considered for a positive outcome.
