Return Policy

Refund Policy

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been shipped or produced. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued. However, once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns Policy We accept returns on all eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of any returned items. No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds If your refund has not yet been received, we recommend the following steps:

  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
