The version of these terms in effect when you place an order applies to that purchase. You’ll be notified of these terms with each order, and by placing an order, you confirm you’ve read and accepted them.
Agreeing to these terms during checkout creates a binding contract. Please review them carefully before confirming your order. If you don’t agree, you cannot use our online store. Partial agreement is not an option—you must accept all terms to complete a purchase.
i. Using the Online Store
We run the online store according to these terms. It’s available 24/7, but we may temporarily suspend it for maintenance or other reasons without notice. We’re not responsible for any issues or damages caused by downtime.
ii. How to Place an Order
Your purchase is finalized when you confirm your order and receive an “Order Confirmed” email. At that point, prices and terms are locked in for both you and us. The purchase agreement is stored electronically on our server.

- Return items unused, undamaged, and in original (or equivalent) packaging as a parcel (not regular mail). Include the complaint code from your return process—without it, processing may be delayed. You cover return shipping costs.

Exceptions: You cannot return:
